    The tool did not meet my needs

    The tool did not meet my needs. From what I could tell beforehand, it could copy and paste from any type of document, I was looking specifically for word type docs, and place into pdf. Once purchased, all I could do was combine whole pdf documents. I needed pdf designing/creating software and this did not do it.

    Non Existent Customer Service

    Tried to move my 2-year old Nitro Pro license to my new laptop. Deactivated the old license but cannot re-activate it on the new computer. Customer Service is TOTALLY NON EXISTENT! On the website they send you from one page to the next without the possibility of contacting them. You have to insert your license number which they claim is not valid. A polite message posted on their community forum is deleted by the moderator. It seems to me they do not want to honour Nitro Pro licenses and want you to buy a new license. Will use an alternative, never again Nitro! UPDATE: 2 weeks later, I finally got through to someone at the community forum. He helped and resolved the problem. So I am happy to be using Nitro again. They could still make some improvements to their customer service though!

    Customer Service was hard to reach AND SLOW TO RESPOND.

    Customer Service was hard to reach. It was frustrating not knowing how to contact. Very disturbed that I was sent a promo to try another version and when 10-day trial period expired I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY VERSION! I did finally hear from NITRO rep who was helpful, but I needed access faster than the slow response so I PAID TO UPGRADE MY VERSION.

    Not a Satisfied Customer

    I do not find any where that I can speak to a person with my questions. There is no customer service that I have experienced. All transactions were done in the system. I have quite a few questions, but have no ide where there is a phone number, name of the company is not Nitro, it is a 3rd party vendor. 610-331-9610 is my phone number. I would love to recommend Nitro to my business partners, however, when I cannot contact the company other than in an email, I would not recommend. Although I think Nitro is better than Adobe, but not in this realm. Rebecca

    computerprogramma upgrade

    Ik had recent een probleem met mijn oude computer en moest upgraden naar de nieuwste versie van het programma. Ik werk al jaren met dit programma en het is belangrijk voor mijn dagelijkse bezigheden. Gelukkig bood het programma een proefperiode van 14 dagen voor de nieuwe versie, waardoor ik snel kon werken op mijn nieuwe computer. Ik heb wat verbeteringen gemerkt in de nieuwe versie en de klantendienst heeft me geholpen met de nodige upgrade. Over het algemeen vind ik het een heel goed programma, maar ik zou graag zien dat de functie voor kopiëren en plakken meer lijkt op de oude versie, maar wel met de stabiliteit van de nieuwe versie.

    i keep getting mixed messages, did the trial, purchased, downloaded, uninstalled, downloaded again. Logged in each time and it keeps telling me I need a SN when support told me I didn't for this version...keep getting auto-support. I need to use this to get my work done. help

    Unanswered Questions.... I had to purchase a new computer and could not move my license. I tried to use the help, or should I say unhelpful link, that just kept running me in circles. Ultimately, I gave up and bought another license, only to end up with the same issues I had to begin with related to the program having to restart each time I opened a new document.

    Herramienta de uso diaria que me facilita muchas tareas que sin Nitro Pro tardaría bastante tiempo en terminar. Muy satisfecha con la compra de las licencias, es un software muy recomendable si necesitas firmar pdf.

The tech support's response to my email messages have simply been telling me to set up my account, but the links I have been sent to do this simply result in 404 errors or, in one case, being told that I am not authorized to access it because I am not the Team Administrator. Naturally this is my individual product - I have no team

As someone that uses PDF documents on a daily basis, I'm glad to have found such a reliable solution. Additionally, the customer support team has proven to be helpful at all times.
