Otto is Otto niet meer qua betrouwbare webshop
Retouren worden niet goed verwerkt. Betalingen worden niet goed verwerkt. Je hebt opeens een random openstaand bedrag. Retourkosten zijn ook vrij fors. Kortom Otto is Otto niet meer! Is nu een onbetrouwbare webshop, waar je eindeloos contact mee moet opnemen om een zuiver financieel overzicht te hebben.

Face to face service poor vs Apple stores
I went into the shop in limerick to buy a new iPhone and asked about the possible finance options. The girl gave me a leaflet for Humm and said I’ve to go away to apply and come back. So I went to a coffee shop to set it up and it was far too convoluted to do in a short time. So after 30mins of doing that and it not working I went back in to the store just to buy the phone outright, but they didn’t have the model in stock. I ended up having to buy the phone online via the select website. The face to face service with select needs a lot of improvement to get up to apple standard.

Beware difficult withdrawals
I'm experiencing difficulty withdrawing the full amount from a brokerage account. It's been over 1 week and I've followed up multiple times, only to be given excuses. It's not a huge amount, but not insignificant either (think about 2-3 months rent in London). Very suspicious. If you have the patience and willingness to learn, go with Interactive Brokers. I've traded and withdrawn 6-figure amounts with them with no issues. Pepperstone's conduct has put me off. Once the withdrawals are sorted, I'm closing all of my accounts.

1.5 jaar een contract met Vattenfall gehad. Ik denk dat dit de ergst mogelijke energieleverancier is die je kan bedenken. Mijn gegevens waren betrokken bij een datalek, ik kon mijn termijnbedrag 3 maanden daardoor niet aanpassen en toen ik wilde opzeggen heb ik 3x moeten bellen voordat een van hun achterlijke medewerkers hun werk goed kon doen. Doe jezelf een plezier en ga niet in zee met deze vreselijke partij.

I made a sizeable order to complete a collection of books I have been saving up for. One book was missing in the order and when I email in to let them know, another copy was issued right away. No hassel no back and fourth the process was easy and straightforward! Brilliant customer service from Lisa! 10/10

Bij navraag bleek het onmogelijk om zijden bloemen te laten leveren, daarom gekozen voor een vers boeket en online besteld. Familie van overledene heeft mij foto gestuurd van het geleverde boeket. Zijden bloemen in een prachtig arrangement. Duizendmaal dank aan het team, jullie hebben er een klant bij. Volgende bestelling zal vlug volgen.

Ik heb hier een paar planten gekocht en ze waren binnen een paar dagen binnen. De planten waren netjes per stuk verpakt en erg mooi. Normaal gesproken winkel ik niet online voor planten, maar ik was onder de indruk van de kwaliteit van mijn bestelling.

If I could give this company no stars I…
If I could give this company no stars I would. I returned 5 dresses to them on the 15th April via their returns system and 48 hour tracked delivery. The items have not been received by Joy but Royal Mail said that Joy need to refund me and claim the money back from them. I have sent 10 emails now, tried to call a customer service number I found on here (disconnected) and tried to contact them on social media. Initially someone called (name removed) said he'd contact the depot to see when the parcel would be delivered to them but since then I have had no communication. And no sign of my refund. I will be avoiding this company at all costs in the future.

Mascara shipped in HUGE box :-(
Great products, real shame about the unnecessarily huge cardboard boxes and fresh air that they are shipping around the world!! A small padded envelope would have been fine to ship my mascara in rather than a box the size of a baby. This is now the second time this has happened with their products and not like I can easily buy them from a local department store or Boots. Really disappointed on their sustainability ethos.

Ordered a gift set online for delivery
Ordered a gift set online for delivery, took 6 days for this to be dispatched and we are on the 8th day and still no sign! I went into the store to see if there was anything that could be done, to be advised you could always buy another and have the delivery refunded. I could, but I I'm not wasting anymore time. Il sit this one out, and lesson learnt bring back Dewbury body spray and quit thinking we are all vegans !

Ik heb 2 jeans besteld en kwam uit op Euro 39,98.Ik zou dan 3,95verzendkosten moeten betalen omdat ik 2cent tekort kwam. Ik heb er nog voor 15,98aan toegevoegd uit de sale. Nu hebben ze evengoed de 3,95verzendkosten geteld omdat het voor de sale artikelen niet geldt. Schandalig Stradivarius...en dat voor 2cent. Als ik in de winkel had gekocht, had ik ook 40 euro af moeten rekenen en geen 39,98...Jullie handelen enkel in eigen belang.

Purchased a ticket for Birmingham UPW 2020, of course I understand the event had to be cancelled due to COVID but 2 years later still not rearranged and no is replying to emails. Terrible customer service, Tony is someone I really respected and the fact he is now making money out of people in a pandemic is diabolical. We invest in these kind of events to help better ourselves and our lives but I feel like I have been totally conned.

Le paradis pour vos chaussettes
Excellent site pour commander des chaussettes qualité de dingue livraison assurée en temps et en heure qui importe le lieu en France. Je commande mes chaussettes qu’ici et j’ai converti presque tous mes proches à consommer ses chaussettes. Je dois passer environ une commande tous les trois à six mois. J’adore je valide et je recommande.

I ordered from Joy for the first time last week and couldn't be happier! The choice of clothing online is great! My order arrived faster than advised and the clothes are really nice quality. I'm so impressed that this could be dangerous for my wallet! I definitely plan on buying from them again... a lot!

Lekker films kijken !!
Wij kijken steeds minder televisie, al die zooi! Films zijn veel leuker. Maar steeds naar de bios is te duur, dus nu een abonnement bij MeJane. En dat bevalt goed. Beeldkwaliteit kan soms beter, maar beter iets dan niet toch!
