How are they still in business?
Wow...I didn't know businesses like this were still around. Support for "billing issues" was a nightmare. They ask for security related information over unencrypted email (you see the irony here, right?), and when you call in for assistance it's like you called a different company. No-one knows what you're asking about, you get forwarded around without warning and their communication skills are a 1 out of 10. This is for a ~$100 order so why the runaround? And why make it so hard to get help? It's ultimately my fault for not sticking with Amazon.com for purchases like these. Love them or hate them, at least they're consistent and it's not a waste of time.
