I would give 0 stars if I could. I have shopped with space NK for years and spent thousands and thousands of pounds. I placed 2 separate orders a few days ago with next day delivery these orders are worth several hundreds of pounds, I asked for an update to be told that these orders had been cancelled. No email or nothing to tell me. It took for me to contact them. I asked why and then recieved a chain of accusatory emails from the cs rep Charlotte implying that I’m some kind of fraudster for a few missing items I’ve had order the years! Offended Does not even cut it! Can’t wait to hear what their ‘manager’ has to say. Back to Sephora I go! Do not use this joke of a company! No on from your management team have contacted me - I’ve also wrote to your CEO who also has not responded

I placed an order and one of my items was missed during the packing process. I called customs service and spoke with Anthony, who was so attentive and helpful-I haven’t had such great customer service in a long long time. Thank you Anthony!!

Customer service helpful
Customer service = great! I ordered a personalised phone case and the print was not printed properly on the case. The case was also faulty and didn't seem to fit on my phone properly. Beth was very helpful and has ordered me a new replacement case. It took 7 days for them to get back to my query which is why I've marked the score down a little.

Don’t order through actual website
Honestly my order took just over 2 weeks to come, when emailing for an update no response. My phone case came and was amazing however the screen protector came and was smashed into pieces in the box. Again I tried to contact skinny dip with no response the customer service ‘if there is one’ is terrible. Products were good quality but just not worth it when issues arise and there’s no way to contact any one or even a system.

I’d honestly give 0 stars if I could. I’ve had nothing but trouble with this company. Made a huge over of nearly £400 over a month ago. Order came and I had only recieved one item. Contacted customer service who claimed they were going to be sending out a replacement order for me. Replacement order comes and still missing items. Contact them again, still don’t sent out all of the missing items. They then decide to refund me and send me a voucher to buy something of my choice from the website. Decide to give them a second chance so I place another order. YET AGAIN MISSING ITEMS and no reply via email! Who’s packing your orders??

Na het invullen van een enquête i.s.m. Wij magazine, zou ik een bol.com bon ontvangen. Deze had ik niet ontvangen. Dit was echter van een andere afdeling van Ipsos. Na een negatieve review hier, werd er contact met mij opgenomen en is er veel moeite gedaan om uit te zoeken waar het probleem ligt. Hele goede service en vriendelijke communicatie.

Ik heb een helm besteld maar kreeg de verkeerde maat geleverd. Ik heb contact opgenomen maar nooit een reactie gekregen. Ze maken een fout en reageren dan niet eens. Zeer frustrerend!

The WORST
Honestly would give 0 stars if I could - took over a month to get the package and tracking was useless. Never updated, no communication, reached out a handful of times with ZERO response before finally just opening a case with my credit card. Absolutely do not purchase from this company. Their company is a joke.

Waardeloos
Een zorgverzekering die alles doet behalve fatsoenlijk zorg leveren. Al maanden lang hoor ik vanuit allerlei verschillende hoeken dat Ditzo de beste is als het aankomt op moeilijk doen. Ik wilde ze het voordeel van de twijfel geven maar wat blijkt? Mijn ervaring is inderdaad niet anders. Vanuit een zorgverlener het verzoek tot vergoeding van een behandeling. Ditzo komt uiteraard met een 'nee'. Na poging tot onderhandeling besluit Ditzo niet netjes openkaart te spelen, nee, dat doet Ditzo niet, in plaats daarvan sturen ze meerdere mails met nutteloze vragen. Niet omdat ze antwoord willen op deze vragen, maar omdat ze de tijd willen rekken tot ik besluit om over te stappen. Kortom, ze willen niet zeggen dat ze mijn zorg niet willen vergoeden, maar houden je liever aan het lijntje.

Do not put things in your cart, they will charge you for it & deliver it Hi so previous customer bought a couple of items, Came fine. But I revisited the site to line up a couple of items I was THINKING about purchasing bug had decided NOT to buy However they charged me for it & I woke up at 5am with a post from AUS post saying they were packing my items WT!!!!!!

Goedkoop & kwaliteit
Ik zit al jaren bij hollandsnieuwe en ik vind het echt top! Ik heb op veel ‘onbereikbare’ plekken bereik, zelfs soms als m’n vrienden die bij de ‘betere’ providers zitten geen bereik hebben. Het is goedkoop en goede kwaliteit. Ik ben tussendoor een keer naar simpel overgestapt en toen had ik gelijk extra kosten doordat er geen limiet aan zat, bij hollandsnieuwe heb ik hier nooit problemen mee gehad. Ook kun je supermakkelijk en goedkoop opwaarderen, je sms/belminuten/mbs worden gewoon doorberekend naar euro’s. Ook had ik een keer een abonnement van 12,50 per maand met looptijd 2 jaar, en tussendoor was er een actie voor mijn bundel voor 10 per maand, en ik kon mijn abonnement hier naartoe wijzigen met een paar klikken. Ik ben er blij mee en zal nog lang klant blijven. Het is gewoon nooit gedoe, werkt goed en is goedkoop, precies wat je wil van een provider.

Great Flexpay and easy returns
I've been an HSN customer for around 6 years, maybe a little longer. HSN has one of the best return policies out of any business I have ever shopped with. If you have the HSN credit card you can put a lot of items on up to 6 flexpays. I purchase mostly clothing, cookware and home improvement items. My experience with their customer service representatives have always been positive. Their jewelry is ok, but now that Michael Valitutti is on the network I will be buying more jewelry from them. I have an entire jewelry box of his pieces.

Poor Return/Exchange Policies
I order from Intermix online all the time and really love their inventory. I’m leaving two stars because of their exchange/return policies and procedure. For the kind of money people spend on their high quality items, Intermix should provide top notch customer service, including easy exchanges and returns. Comparable sites, like Revolve, come with a return label in the box. (All I’ve ever needed to do with Revolve in order to exchange/return is mark preferences on a form included in the box, stick the label on, and done!). However, Intermix requires you to enter returns online, print the form, and then print and tape on the return label. This was tough considering I don’t have a printer at home. Annoying. What is more is that Intermix apparently doesn’t allow any exchanges. Instead, if you want to exchange something, you must go through the above referenced return procedure and then purchase again whatever item you want as the replacement. To make matter worse, the last time I wanted to exchange something, I purchased the item during a sale. When I returned it and had to buy the replacement in a different size, it was no longer on sale. So I went through all of that hassle for the same item at a higher cost. This all gives the impression that Intermix doesn’t care much about their customers, or at least not as much as other comparable websites. Disappointing and I hope this and similar reviews inspire them to evolve. I’m certainly less inclined to shop with them after these experiences.

niet aan te raden
Ik heb in 2020 sokken besteld bij Otto (via achteraf betalen, omdat ik de site niet heel goed kende) maar deze zijn nooit aangekomen. Toch krijg ik nog steeds mails van een betaal herinnering. Daarbij is de 13,00 euro die de sokken eiggenlijk waren ineens veranderd in 32,00 euro (ik snap dat hier nog bezorg kosten etc. Bijkomen) ik heb hier Otto meerdere mails over gestuurd en krijg elke keer hetzelfde antwoord; dat mijn pakketje dan en dan bezorgd had moeten zijn. Maar daar kan ik natuurlijk helemaal niks mee, want het pakket is gewoon nooit aangekomen. Ik zal hier dus zeker nooit weer wat bestellen en zou het ook zeker niemand aanraden.
