Gisteren storing in Landsmeer
Gisteren storing in Landsmeer. De hele dag bezig geweest om te resetten etc etc . Uiteindelijk bellen met KPN. Nou dat was een unieke ervaring. Het lag allemaal aan mijn Philips tv. Ongelooflijk! Er is storing, men geeft dat toe en ik moest met Philips gaan bellen. Men liet mij me modem resetten, wat daarna niet nodig was want het lag aan mijn tv. Philips was de boosdoener. De hele dag geen tv , er was dus een storing maar mijn Philips smart was de boosdoener. Inloggen met het juiste wpa code ging niet meer. Uiteindelijk deed die het ineens weer. Alles gedaan. Stroom los, resetten modem, tv in fabriek modus alles gedaan. Ohhh maar dat gaat geld kosten als wij van de KPN een monteur moeten sturen, we veroorzaken weliswaar zelf de storing maar u gaat betalen. Wat een afschuwelijke klantenservice en organisatie. Ik ga zodra het kan overstappen naar een goedkoper alternatief. Plus: ik moet nu elke keer inloggen met abonnementnr en pincode. Wat een service en systeem Bedankt

I also like reading the views of dissenting analysts. I also like the categorizing of investments into aggressive, moderate and conservative categories and whom they might be good for or not.

Storm Extreme Men's Waterproof Boots - Disappointing
Well, this review is in two halves. Firstly the boots I bought were very disappointing. I had purchased Mountain Warehouse Storm Extreme Men's Waterproof Boots. Mountain Warehouse claim that these boots ensure the highest outdoor performance. I used them for countryside dog walking, not long mountain walks. After a few months I suspected they were slightly leaking and after about 8 months a large split had appeared in the side of the boot. Secondly, Mountain Warehouse were extremely helpful when I contacted them and offered me a Full Refund. A special mention to Heidi who dealt with the process, so swiftly. Thank You!!

Was opzoek naar een mooi kleed voor onze zithoek. Had bij verschillende webshops gekeken en ook gebeld. Vloerkledenloods sprong er ver boven uit. Zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan aan de telefoon. Wat ik erg fijn vond is dat er actief werd gedacht. Ik zou hier zeker weer bestellen!!

Products are high end and well designed and I am a returning customer with over 15 bellroy products in current use, but was a bit disappointed with the customer service after placing two consecutive orders and calling them to see if these could be combined even when they hadn’t been picked. Not very helpful in this instance.

I am a little disappointed
I am a little disappointed. I have over the year brought many Chelsea tops and other items not always from the megastore but all the same I’ve spend a fortune on Chelsea things. The top I just brought for my wife the new home shirt arrive quickly which was pleasing but the clear plastic packaging was in a poor state, ripped which would suggest this shirt has been returned by someone else. I understand this could happen. My biggest disappointment is the blue pen mark on the white part of the shirt. This is unacceptable. We managed to get the mark off. Scammers and complete waste of time!
The health supplement I was after comes from USA so is very difficult to buy in the UK. I chose eVitamins as I had used them before many years ago with no problems. I placed my order to USA and waited. Time went on and I almost forgot about my order. So I logged onto my account with them and found they had not even sent it out. The product shows in stock. I contacted them 3 times now and they never replied. This is absolutely rubbish customer service. Now I cannot even access my account, all I get is an Error code: 404. They have blocked me. Just like other customers have experienced, and are having the same problem as myself. Luckily I had used PayPal for the payment, and you can quite easily claim your money back , with no problem under PayPal Purchase Protection. Buyer beware, do not use eVitamins.com. They are scammers and a complete waste of time. I will never use them again!

I've been using the free version for a while and am perfectly happy with it. I deducted a star as the service kills your internet if your computer goes down, and it's not easy to get back on. I've learned about cli commands since but that learning took time, as the online documentation is spotty; their website is like a maze. Still, the VPN itself does what it's supposed to do, in a trustworthy manner, and they don't litter the review sites (like Nerdvpn) with ads. Oh, I like the (also free) email service too. I might switch to paid some day, but I'm on a fixed income and... Oh, well.

Amazing Ireland Tour
Three tour directors and 2 drivers within the first 6 days! First director was disinterested gave misinformation, unprofessional to the point of advising who he slept with at a site stop! It took 2 days and repeated requests before he provided his phone number. Then advised wanted to see blood before that number was called. We asked Trafalgar Australia if our small wheeled cabin bags could be accommodated in the hold of the bus as we understood they could not go in the overhead space due to safety. They confirmed this would be OK after checking with management. The tour director advised no when we arrived telling us they would have to stay at the hotel. This was the result of a number of tours being combined and a 100% full bus now not what we were advised were average numbers. The bus driver however next day day got the bags on with no problem after we had spent the night repacking. No effort was made to get people on the bus to get to know each other. The result of this was that groups formed with little interaction with others. A sick couple who started the tour took no precautions to prevent the spread of illness. The tour director offered no assistance when requested for medical help. Trafalgar claimed to have a hygiene policy however this was never advised or implemented. This resulted in a bus load of very sick people who could not enjoy the tour. The accommodation was 3 star at best with some locations well out of the city centres eg: one located in an industrial park, some also very dated. Breakfasts supplied where OK however dinners supplied were hit and miss. Many optionals could not be taken due to illness. One optional was cancelled with no replacement. On the last day we were with the assistance of a guide to "wander" Dublin with a view of Trinity college instead we went around on the tour bus and saw and heard the same commentary as per day one. Tour numbers were large well over what Trafalgar advertise as average numbers. This was due to a number of tours being combined as mentioned earlier. Some day stops were too long and other stops eg: English markets at Cork were pointless. Third Director Pat and second driver Hugo did a good job to try and salvage a sick and unhappy tour. It appeared there was little or no hand over eg: who had already paid for some optionals. At a farewell dinner (arranged by some guests) everyone expressed such dissatisfaction that they would have gladly left the tour and gone home days earlier. I note that if Trafalgar respond at all to the feedback given it is in a very generic and standard response. No Trafalgar we don't have great memories and are still trying to recover some 2 weeks later. We have travelled extensively on our own and on tours. This I would rate as our worst experience which is disappointing as Trafalgar is clearly riding on an outdated reputation. As noted by Maria( on our tour, previous feedback on this site) we should have done more research.

Ordered a product by mistake. I wanted to simple return it and order the correct one. Please note. There is no intelligent support. Their support email does not repond. Their chat on their website does not respond. I eventually dm in twitter where i got an message saying to send and email to a different address. This started the most bizarre email loop. I explain in the email we need to return the product. Email response. We see we have delivered. You need to request a return label. Link to fill form. Got notification they received the form. Received email they already del the item. I need to request a return label. It has been 3 weeks now going round incircles. Zero support.

Voor morgen besteld, voor kerst in huis...
Wijn besteld als relatiegeschenk voor de kerst, stond duidelijk op de website als ik voor morgen (16-12-2023) bestel, het voor kerst binnen is. Afgelopen maandag zou de bestelling dan ook geleverd worden, krijg ik om 15:00 uur de melding van PostNL dat het pakket nog niet is ontvangen door PostNL. Ticket aangemaakt bij Vivino, hoort niks meer van ze. Nu zou vandaag eindelijk het pakket tussen 12:15 en 13:15 geleverd. Krijg je om 14:00 de melding dat de levering vertraagd is en tot 22:00 kan aankomen (kun je tot 22:00 op je werk blijven). Om 15:00 alweer de melding dat ze vandaag niet meer gaan komen... Vivino zegt er niks aan te kunnen doen, ligt buiten hun macht. Waarom doen jullie dan wel beloftes op jullie site? Er staat nu heel groot voor 26-12-2022 besteld voor 31-12-2022 in huis, gaat jullie waarschijnlijk ook niet lukken. Bedrijven, houd eens op met beloftes maken die jullie niet kunnen waarmaken. In mijn ogen is dit een geval van misleiding, ik had namelijk niet bij jullie besteld als jullie niet de belofte hadden gemaakt dat het nog voor kerst binnen zou zijn. Dan was een Gall&Gall misschien toch een betere optie.

Dames en heren, dit "dating" website is het meest... geloof me het meest slechtste dating site dat er bestaat, dit bedrijf hierachter is duidelijk een wolf in een schapenvacht, en ze zijn niet mannen vriendelijk op geen enkel manier mogelijk, ik heb hun overeenkomst heel goed nagelezen dus daar zal het zeker niet aan liggen, ik heb amper dan 24u mijn account hier kunnen behouden, in eerste instantie leek het een goede site te zijn, ik was overtuigd genoeg om hun lidmaatschap van 1 maand ten waarde van 29,99€ aan te nemen, en na betaling kreeg ik hier en daar een babbel met de dames daar maar de volgende dag is mijn account staande voet geblokkeerd, zonder enige reden, als je zou denken dat dit te maken zou hebben met mijn gedrag of ongepaste foto's of what ever, ik ben een zeer serieuze man!! Laat dit duidelijk zijn, heren die graag dit site willen bezichtigen denkt en vooral hun lidmaatschap willen uitproberen, wees gewaarschuwd, deze bedrijf is open en bloot op jacht voor geld en zo neig dat het hun totaal niet interesseert wat je wilt of wie je bent, centjes weg account weg, ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt, eerste keer en laatste keer voor mij! One of the worst trading platforms to trade crypto in. First of all they give false prices. Current Bitcoin price is at 58000 CAD and they are showing 59400 in their app, so first is that. Secondly they boast about their 24/7 customer service but when I click the button for live chat in their website it doesn't do anything 😂😂. They show less money in your portfolio than you actually have and hence when pulling your money out you get a lot less out and on top of that the heavy 1% fee for pulling your money out so in the end they make sure you always loose some money

Do not buy online, customer service is shocking if you return anything
The online customer services is appalling, do not buy anything online. Having spent nearly £300 on clothing, you'd think they would help with a replacement top which didn't last one day. I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to do something and I'm still waiting. Each time you contact them, you get a different person, and we go around in circles. Will not be buying online ever again, which means I won't be buying anything from Chelsea again as I live too far from the stadium. As a life long fan, I'm devastated to be treated this way!

Door een foutieve ingave (er bestaan blijkbaar 2 Houtem's in België) van de postcode is de oorspronkelijke bestelling niet kunnen geleverd worden. Ondanks het feit dat de fout bij ons als klant lag, heeft Regiobloemist een korting van 50% op de 'vervangbestelling' gegeven. Mooie geste en bloemen netjes op de gevraagde dag aangeleverd! Bovendien zeer goede opvolging en duidelijke communicatie - opgevolgd tot bij levering en dan nog bevestigingsmail gekregen dat het boeket geleverd was.

Absolute rubbish A current problem has reminded me why I replaced a number of paid for Cyberlink titles. After a bit of a PC disaster I have tried to reinstall my Makeup Director only to be told I've exceeded the number allowed for registration (once). I cannot even sign in to either of my Cyberlink accounts (nothing happens after filling in the details). I tried changing my password but couldn't sign in to do this. This company is probably the worse I've come across in decades of using computers and I would highly recommend everyone to use other software from a company who may care.

I ordered a hoodie which was delivered within a few days however it did not fit & you can not return for a replacement! You have to return & re order. The return process took 18 days before a refund was made, there was no acknowledgement that they had received the item back (although tracking showed that they received it within 5 days) nor were my emails to customer service answered, apart from the auto response that they had received my query. The refund was 1p less than the price paid? I know it's only 1p but why was the correct amount not refunded? If you buy from them I hope you do not have to return it or attempt to contact customer support, which appears to be in name only. I will definitely not be buying from them again due to the returns process & poor customer service.
