De dienstverlening op zich was goed zoals steeds bij medpets. Vlot besteld en geleverd.. maar het product zelf, een drinkfles voor honden onderweg, was ondermaats van kwaliteit. We gaan nu ondervinden hoe er met retours wordt omgegaan..

Megafade products I have used the advanced skin lightening cream for face and neck and also the body cream. Excellent product. It works magic. I have used these for three months and have seen the difference. Fantastic products.

Zeer onbetrouwbare organisatie, betalen niet terug
Op minder dan 12 uren na bevestiging van inschrijving werd de opleiding geannuleerd wegens te weinig inschrijvingen. Ze beloofden me binnen 30 werkdagen terug te betalen, wat al zeer lang wachten is. Ondertussen 2,5 maand verder en nog steeds geen terugbetaling. De communicatie loopt uitsluitend via mail. Mijn eigenlijke score is een 0. Deze organisatie is totaal niet betrouwbaar.

De communicatie is niet goed
De communicatie is niet goed. Ik krijg al heel lang geen mails meer met uitnodigingen voor enquêtes. Ik heb hiervoor al contact proberen opnemen, maar krijg geen reactie. Het is wel een leuke manier om een centje bij te verdienen.

Al meer of half jaar wachten we op…
Al van februari wachten we op printplaat van onze airco van het merk airwell. Deze is binnen garantie kapot gegaan. Nu kregen we factuur. Deze werd volgens installateur intern gecrediteerd. Als ik uitleg vraag over factuur of deze nu daadwerkelijk gecrediteerd is krijg ik al ruim twee maanden geen mail terug. Telefonisch willen ze ook geen uitleg geven over factuur. Bellen om te vragen wanneer ze nu eindelijk printplaat gaan komen installeren heeft ook geen zin

Bestelling geplaatst op 4 januari, verzendingskosten bijbetaald van 15 euro om bestelling op 9 januari te krijgen tôt nu toe geen bestelling ontvangen !!! Mijn Dochter vertrekt vandaag op skivakantie en zal een deel ontbreken van haar gerief door deze Site zal in ieder geval nooit niets meer bestellen op Surfdome bestelling 10079794

Wij zijn met reizendeals naar Portugal…
Wij zijn met reizendeals naar Portugal gegaan. Portimao prachtig apart/Hotel. In begin dacht ik er komt 90 euro bij keuze luchthaven dit zal wat worden. Alles was perfect geregeld. Gevlogen met easy jet. Netjes met een shuttle gebracht naar apart/hotel. Mooie ruime kamer, schoon en dichtbij strand en winkels. Kortom prijs kwaliteit geweldig!

Internet + SIM card
What a terrible company!! Do a favour to people and just stop working! That way you won't continue wasting people's money and time.
For everyone who reads this, just do yourself a favour and go to Edpnet. Serious people (not like Orange) and whitin one day everything is solved. I wished I had someone who would tell me this before.
For the ones who are interested in my story:
I kept talking to employees for around 3 weeks trying to arrange my WiFi. First, they were not doing anything so I had to call several times to pressure them. Then they send me the sim card and the same day I call to activate it and they tell me it will be the next day. After 3 days calling multiple times, they decide to cancel my order. I call again and they make another quote, here I realise that these people were doing things that make no sense. They didn't have my bank account number, my ID or anything (because I started this process with aanbieders, another useless company that was giving me false hopes). This person I was talking to created a new request and finally gave me a contract, I was told to send all my ID documents to the orange identification email, which I did, I sent everything that the Belgian government gave me and more. The next day my contract was cancelled because clearly this ID people should be fired since either they have absolutely no idea what they are doing or they just don't care at all about doing their job.
The next day I call again, another employee makes another request and another contract (good to mention I was running out of time because this was Friday and the week after I had to work from home). The same day the request gets rejected again.
I call AGAIN, pissed already of course, and a woman tells me that I should just go to a store that they would help me there. So after 3 WEEKS of me wasting money and time by calling this people, someone has the decency to tell me how I can solve this (supposedly).
That same day I take an 1 hour bus to the Orange store in Maasmechelen, just to find out that there is a line of people because there is only 1 employee for the whole store (I seriously don't understand how Orange is getting away with such a bad service). I waited half an hour until it was finally my turn. This guy, Emre, he really tried to help me, he put everything in place, sent all the information needed and I finally got a confirmation. I was very happy with him and his help. But then, this ridiculous ID people cancelled my request again.
To summarise, I wasted 3 weeks waiting for this people, I expended ours trying to deal with them, I expended my money to call them, go to the store and of course, buy more data for my phone and nothing was solved, and I have two useless SIM cards from these people. I go to the Edpnet webpage, I chat for 15 minutes with an employee and the next day everything is approved and arranged.

Terrific product and service
I rarely write reviews but Metres Direct were so great to deal with that, albeit we have now finished our project, I was determined to record my thanks and appreciation for their service on Trust Pilot. The product is excellent quality and wonderful to sand where necessary and then paint. The service we received was first class. Unlike other companies I approached they went out of their way to ensure we received the product at short notice and exactly when we needed it. They were equally helpful in despatching a single further length to us when we found we needed it. I would throughly recommend Metres Direct and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Men moet retour zelf betalen, niet meer van deze eeuw. Foto van het aparaat was misleidende kwa specificaties (waterkoker capaciteit op foto 1,7L, op bestelling 1L). Geen commerciële actie op de retour kosten

YES eindelijk die kilo's eraf
Was al langer bezig met afvallen, maar die laatste kilo's gingen extra moeilijk. Maar nu met Weight Watchers zijn die laatse 3 kilo ook weg, eindelijk! Blij mee!

Goed initiatief
Wat een goed initiatief zeg! Om eerlijk te zijn lees ik hier nu voor het eerst over Alleenstaande Mama's, dus ik kan nog niet zoveel ervaringen achterlaten, maar ik denk wel dat ik me ga aanmelden. Heb een dochter van 9 en zoek een vader voor haar en een man voor mezelf. Fijn dat daar nu speciale websites voor zijn, want Tinder ofzo vind ik maar niks. Groetjes
