Fantastic experience from start to…
Fantastic experience from start to finish. I have used Hilton garage many times before and never had an issue with anything. Modern up to date environment. Well presented and Phil the sales man we dealt with for the most recent purchase spot on 10/10 cracking professional guy loads of knowledge but not pushy one bit. Just what you want. Definitely will be buying again from Hilton garage in the future.

First time buying from Hilton garage, I found a car I fell in love with and had lots of questions that needed answering along with going on a test drive. Alex came straight to the aid and told me everything I needed to know about the car, even came on the test drive to give directions as we weren’t from the area. He was very helpful, friendly and accommodating towards our extreme lack of knowledge on cars. I would highly recommend going here!
Excellent service all round
Really easy process from start to finish. The car was exactly as described and Phil Orton was excellent and may the final stages very easy with no pressure. One of the simplest car purchases I have made.
Great experience
I recently bought a fiat 500 from hilton garage and i couldn’t have asked for better service. Nathan made the purchase easy and simple, he was also extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. It was such a positive experience and i would definitely buy from Hilton garage again and would recommend to a friend.

just bought a car from Hilton garage ,and i must say the whole experience was straight forward, and everything went smoothly, from first going to look at the car which i wanted to collecting the new car. there was no pressure and even going out for a test drive they left me to it to go out on my own, which i thought was great . i also part exchanged my old car and they gave me a reasonable price for it .i dealt with jack and he was straight forward with everything and put me at ease ,he went through the whole process with ease, and everything went great. I would definitely recommend Hilton garage and all the staff. thank you.
Fantastic Buying Experience
We booked an appointment to view a car we had seen on line and paid a small deposit to secure it as we were travelling from Manchester. We arrived and were seen to pretty quickly. We were looked after by Richard Locke who was really helpful. The car was brought out for us to look at and we test drove shortly after, all of which was really easy and no trouble for Richard to organise for us. We loved the car and whilst we test drove Richard inspected our vehicle for a price to part ex. The price given to us was a fair one in comparison to others we had. Once we made the decision to purchase Richard fully explained the next steps. Due to the distance travelled and work commitments it was difficult for us to get back down next week and collect the vehicle but Richard then mentioned if we did not mind a bit of a wait we could take it same day (and all checks and services had been completed). Richard was friendly, accomodating, knowledgable and made what can be a complicated process really easy! Booking the appointment was also quick and easy (Olivia). Great company and employee's, glad I travelled the extra distance for the right Car from the right company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the 3rd time we have purchased a car from Hilton garage derby, they always excel especially their customer service. George was excellent, our part change was a smooth transition he had everything ready for us especially as we were traveling from far. And defiantly managed our expectations. CAR FAILS AFTER 2 HOURS OF OWNERSHIP
I purchased a VW Tiguan on the 9th yesterday I had the car two hours before it broke down , yes they sent out recovery gave me a manual car to use when my car was auto and i have auto due to bad knees . i was told that someone would contact me today this morning the 10th May i have had to chance them all day and not one person had contacted me about my car or change the loan car. I am more that disappointed and upset you done pay over 20 grand for a car to fail in hours and these people cant even find the time to talk to me .

Non high pressure sales environment
Non high pressure sales environment. We were handed the keys and allowed to look around the car on our own. Friendly staff. Decent choice of cars to go and view. Something there for most buyers.

When the car first arrived there was a few issues but Dan swiftly dealt with them and put everything right. We had the car delivered. Which turned up on time. I forgot some things I left in my part exchange and Dan is sending those out to me.
2nd car hilton
Pete was fast and efficient when dealing with our handover, very friendly and approachable and helped us with a number of queries we had.
