Helping students at a distance, at an affordable price
As a remote trainer, some students have difficulty connecting to the platform or completing certain activities. So I use TSplus remote support to help learners connect remotely. I show them, I stop and they do it again to make sure they can do it independently. I record the process so they can review it later if they need to. From a pedagogical point of view, TSplus RemoteSupport is also very useful. For example, if a learner gets stuck in a software learning sequence, I can intervene, show, explain and ensure that my student can continue. Another example: a learner needs to complete a learning activity but does not understand a concept. I can use this technology to provide pedagogical support. What's even better is that I can help several students at the same time! With one click, I can share a file or open a web page on the remote student's computer and answer their questions via chat. Appropriate remediation is provided at the right time. I gain efficiency, time and, most importantly, my students. This reactivity, made possible by the tool, contributes greatly to the commitment of my students to the training; it limits the number of drop-outs in distance learning. I find the video recording function very effective. It is an important traceability tool for revision. What I also like is the possibility to take over the control and to avoid them using the keyboard and the mouse, which avoids mistakes and saves us a lot of time. Finally, the tool is really easy to use, both for the person who takes control, either the technical department (LMS) or the teachers/remote trainers. It's even easier for the students to use, they don't have to install any software and their antivirus doesn't block us from connecting.

Pour la location saisonnière de mon appartement, je fais appel à l'assistance d'une conciergerie pour les réservations. Ils m'ont demandé de créer des comptes chez Airbnb, Booking. Sincèrement, c'est vraiment une grande aide d'être dépannée à distance avec un outil aussi simple que TSplus Remote Support. Le prix est aussi très attractif, sans surprise contrairement à d'autres.
A professional remote access solution
TSplus provides a secured remote access point to any allowed user of my infrastrure, giving them the ability to use internal applications from anywhere by connecting to a simple web portal. It is very easy to use and reliable. Updates are done regularly to always keep up with Windows latest versions, and often provides very relevant features to improve user experience and secure its environment, e.g Progressive Web App, ability to open on client side specific extension/protocols, 2-Factor Authentication and Lockout feature. Support is finally very responsive and quickly find solutions.

I have used TSPlus for many may years throughout my career. There is nothing that MS RDSH can do, that TSPlus can't. I have used both extensively. TSPlus, has more reasonable prices, malleable technology, greater security and security options which are more easily deployed, and I would argue greater compatibility with software's, to make it more than equal to MS RDSH and other competitors. Great tool for designing RD systems. Very happy with it. Support is very good. Not just 'tootin their horn' here, it is an epic product if you know how to use it.

Wauw, die software is echt fantastisch! Het maakt het zo makkelijk om overal bij mijn spullen te kunnen. Zelfs werken vanaf mijn tablet is mogelijk! Echt super handig en makkelijk in gebruik.

Als IT-beheerder zocht ik naar een makkelijke en betaalbare manier om veilig toegang te krijgen tot onze bedrijfsapplicaties van overal. TSplus heeft me dat precies gegeven, met een handige interface en geweldige prestaties.
Aankoop van software
De software die ik gekocht heb bij TSplus heeft echt een groot verschil gemaakt in mijn bedrijf. Het heeft ons geholpen om veilige toegang te bieden tot onze gegevens, waardoor werken op afstand veel gemakkelijker is geworden. De installatie was simpel en de klantenservice was enorm behulpzaam bij het beantwoorden van al mijn vragen. De software werkt prima en betrouwbaar, en ik zou het zeker aanraden aan andere bedrijven die op zoek zijn naar een oplossing voor remote access.

Perfect for remote working
I have TSplus installed for my business and it works fine. With everything that has been going on with covid 19 I am happy to have been able to provide a solution for my employees to allow to work from home. I had to replace my server with a new one and I was surprised to see that their support is good, got a new license for my new host in less than 24h. All in all a good alternative to RDS.

De remote access software van dit bedrijf heeft mijn bedrijf echt naar een hoger niveau gebracht. Ik kan nu veilig al mijn applicaties en gegevens openen, waar ik ook ben. Dat heeft mijn flexibiliteit en productiviteit enorm verbeterd. Van thuis uit werken is nu super makkelijk en ik kan zelfs alles op mijn smartphone bekijken. Deze software is echt een gamechanger voor mijn bedrijf.

TS Plus is best
I am using the TS plus from last 5 years. Really very easy configuration best hosting server application. Specially session management, advance security setup imposed me a lot. Very easy to configure. Any one can manage easily. Thanks to TS Plus

Great Product
Initially, I tried to use the Remote app from Windows directly, without using TSPLUS, but it is alot of work. I have been with TSPLUS since 2015 and multiple server licenses. It works great and they constantly improve it, coming out with Firewall, monitoring services. Support team has been great as well. Looking forward to their future products for years to come.
