    Hello, I recommend it

    Hello First of all, I had a bad experience ordering from shop bop the first time it, they’re were some issues regarding the payment then the tracking so I cancelled it. I looked for the price else were but they had the best prices so I reordered it again. I thought I would have a difficulty tracking, receiving, communicating with them but I was surprised the second time is a better experience, it was smooth to be honest, they replied the same time, the was no issue with the payment like the first time, although it was the same card, the packing was neat and the pieces were wrapped each separately and neatly like I would receive from the shop. There was a slight delay of two days than the scheduled time but other than that I like it and will be ordering again from them.

    Ich habe Schuhe bei Shopbop bestellt, die es nicht mehr in Europa gibt, da alte Saison. Habs am Sonntag bestellt und sie kamen Freitag an. Als ich die Schuhe auspacke, waren es ähnliche, aber nicht die, die ich bestellt habe. Aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen hier, hab ich mit dem schlimmsten gerechnet! Ich habe mich einfach an den Kundenservice gemeldet, an einem Samstag. Ich bekam innerhalb 2h Rückmeldung. Habe das Problem geschildert, easy Fotos hingeschickt und am Sonntag wurden schon die richtigen versendet. Auch durfte ich die falschen Schuhe umsonst zurückschicken und das obwohl ich aus der Schweiz versendet habe. Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert. Fand ich sehr toll! Danke nochmals. Hochzeitsschuhe geretttet! ;)

    A decade with Shopbop!

    I’m a bit late to party (a decade, in fact) writing this review but I just want to rave about Shopbop! I’m a U.K. customer and a massive Marc Jacobs fan; I have religiously bought my MJ pieces from Shopbop since 2011 as the collection is often quite limited and really expensive in the U.K. I always get such a bargain - even with the shipping and tax & import duties, I still save around 50% versus purchasing direct from U.K. stockists! I just received my Marc Jacobs The Squeeze Bag and I absolutely love it. Only took 4 days to arrive from the USA and came beautifully packaged. Import duties & tax already sorted so all I have to do now is enjoy debuting my new baby. Here’s to another 10 years of Shopbop shopping!

    ¡Una autentica maravilla! Encontré esta página de casualidad y compré algunos artículos de Jonathan Adler que no encontraba en ningún otro sitio. Lo hizo sobre todo por el gran precio y las ofertas que había en la web, la cual parecía totalmente normal. Tras la compra, busqué opiniones en internet y todas parecían bastante malas. Sin embargo, yo he tenido una gran experiencia. A los buenos precios hay que sumarle el rápido envío. Llegó a España en tan solo cuatro día, muy rápido teniendo en cuenta que venía de Estados Unidos. Todo envuelto correctamente, llegó en perfecto estado. Es de agradecer poder pagar el IVA con antelación y así evitas esperas innecesarias. En resumen, muy recomendable.

    So, here’s the deal. I’m not one to throw shade, and I have never left a negative review before. But after my recent ordeal with Shopbop, I felt compelled to write one to save others from a similar fate. Yeah, it was that bad. I was on a mission to get my friend the perfect birthday present. I spent hours scouring through the internet, finally finding THE thing on Shopbop's site and placing the order six days before her big day. Smooth sailing, right? Wrong. Two days later, still no shipping confirmation. So, I logged into my account - only to find out I couldn't - it has been deactivated. No heads-up, nothing. Cue the frustration. A call to Customer Service revealed that not only was my account deactivated, but my order was cancelled without any communication from Shopbop. For this, they blame my bank. Classic. I check with my bank, and surprise, surprise - all is fine on their side. In fact, they are puzzled as to why, after authorisation and processing, my orders were cancelled by Shopbop without any apparent reason. So, I’m back on the line with Shopbop, enduring endless hold music and repetitive dialogues with different departments. The result? I am advised to wait for an email from the "Order Review" department with an explanation and further instructions. Later that day, I got an email saying my order didn’t pass some mysterious “preliminary inspection criteria.” What even is that? No explanation. So here I am, calling Shopbop again (Keep in mind, I’m calling them from Switzerland, and let me tell you, it ain’t cheap. But I need answers.) and asking about the criteria above only to hear "We can not help you". Undeterred, I set up a new account with a new email (which I created for this purpose only) and a new credit card. Guess what happens? You got it. Cancelled. Again. And Shopbop’s brilliant solution? Try answering their “Order Review” department upon reception of yet another "Sorry your order has been cancelled"email. So, I sit down and compose a heartfelt email, tactfully conveying my frustration and inquiring to work things out together. Know what I get in return? A copy-paste email from someone named Robert. Word-for-word. Seriously? Thanks for nothing, Robert! I answered again asking for an explanation, and at this point Robert made an executive decision that this issue was solved and ghosted me. Long story short, Shopbop’s lack of communication, transparency and just basic human decency cost me time, money, and a whole lot of nerve cells. To anyone considering shopping with Shopbop, I urge you "Don't!" They aren't worth the hassle, trust me on this one. P.S. Oddly, despite everything, my inbox is still flooded with Shopbop's marketing emails: "Buy this...", "Save X percent", "Shop now"... Believe me, I gave it my best shot, Shopbop! Unsubscribe!

    WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! I DON'T DO MANY REVIEWS BUT THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE, UNEQUIVOCAL WORST I'VE EVER SEEN! I NEVER buy anything online but my wife asked for a bag from Shopbop. I ordered and paid for the bag to arrive before Mothers Day. I went back to check the order the following day and rec'd a message that there was suspicious activity. I called the customer service and they advised that they could not tell me what activity happened and then hung up on me. This is part of the reason I don't buy things online, because when you have an issue the online retailer has FULL control. They NEVER sent me anything saying my order was canceled. I suspect that they didn't have the product I purchased or couldn't deliver in time. Either way, I will never spend a dime with this DISGUSTING company.

    Shopbob is one of the best online retailers

    Shopbob is one of the best online retailers I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with a pair of shoes I bought (Manufactures fault). I contacted Shopbop and explained the fault and they were very helpful and understanding. I have to say the Customer Service team was fantastic with regular and prompt emails. They were very courteous and very helpful. I was refunded within a few days. So I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but my experience was amazing and I will definitely shop with them again. I just like to say a big thank you to the following Customer Service Team, Misty, Tiffany, Robyn-Jade O and Anika. Thank you for all your help, it's very much appreciated.

    Dont trust all the bad reviews!

    I was really nervous about purchasing shoes for my wedding from a company based in the US (Im in the UK) as I felt a slight dread after reading the TP reviews. I immediately contacted their customer service team and after a brief chat was assured that my order would be here within 7 days. Well its 5 days later and I’ve just opened my parcel. What a delight it was ordering from this site! Very clear updates on when to expect delivery and also how to track your delivery, the delivery was prompt and the customer service was really assuring. Thank you for making it such a breeze ordering from you, I’ll be sure to recommend this site to friends in the future!

    Frankly, it wasn’t that bad!

    I ordered my first purchase on Shopbob on 20/5/22. But after checkout, then only I remember to check other people’s shopping experience on Shopbop. And I am honestly horrified when I read the bad reviews, especially from fellow Malaysian customers. I quickly shifted my expectation on the delivery date and stay calm. But I guess I’m kinda lucky (or just having good karma for not being fussy), my order safely arrived on 30/5/22. It wasn’t 4-5 days delivery as mentioned but still, it took less than 2 weeks so I’m pretty happy. The product quality is good (I bought a Madewell bag btw) and the price is also affordable on Shopbop.

    It's my first time with shopbop. I ordered a pair of pants almost one week ago. The parcel was sent with UPS. Since yesterday while tracking my package it says: "Delay: Emergency Situation or Severe Weather, Istanbul, Turkey" . This seems very strange to me and my feeling is I won't get my package... Also, I have tried 100 times to unsubscribe from their mails, it does not work and I keep receiving them. Bad feeling overall.... A few days later, after having sent this review, my package arrived. So no bad feeling in retrospect... They also stopped the mails finally...

    TERRIBLE customer service. THE WORST! I waited on hold for about 45 minutes, got disconnected a couple of times, finally when I got a hold of someone she was so rude I can’t even believe that I ever spent money with a company like this. Never again, yuck.

    Is there anything more frustrating than discovering a Cult Gaia bag purchased from Shopbop 7 years ago is confirmed FAKE by the brand’s team? I trusted Shopbop for authenticity. I’ve reached out to your customer service team, but I haven’t received a satisfactory resolution. As a old customer, I’m disappointed and seeking fair compensation for this issue, which is a refund for the price I paid.

    Awful customer Service! I have ordered a pair of Jeans on Tuesday morning, it is now Thursday night and still hasn’t been shipped! I’ve contacted Shopbop first time on Wednesday morning to ask that they ship asap as I need by 19/4, there reply was a copy paste reply that I will receive an email once shipped, I have emailed them again today and received the same reply, I asked them to put me onto someone that can help me and still waiting on a reply and now my emails won’t go through to them!! Disgusting customer service with no care! I wish I had read these reviews prior to my purchase. After writing this I received an email from Shopbop advising the item would be shipped on Friday which it was and received today Monday15/4. It’s just a shame that it took for me to write this review to get some action from Shopbop.

    Be aware of the extra charges

    Shopbop offers a good selection of nice brands with well-described items... But... As a customer ordering from the US to Europe, I've found that they need to be more transparent about the potential extra charges that may occur. Despite finding a clothing item on sale, I've ended up paying more than the full price due to additional fees. It would greatly benefit customers if the company provided clearer information about these charges upfront... Imagine what i could have paid if i /potentially/ had to return the items... Oh my...

    frustrerende klantenservice

    Na verschillende telefoontjes naar de klantendienst, kon mijn partner eindelijk iemand aan de lijn krijgen die bereid was om hem te helpen. Zijn naam was Richard en hij was de enige behulpzame persoon waarmee hij contact had. Na het hele verhaal aan Richard te hebben uitgelegd, kon hij zijn bestelling plaatsen, die ik gisteren heb ontvangen. We willen Richard bedanken voor zijn geduld en hulp. Misschien moet hij de anderen wat bijleren, zij die erop stonden dat we "ergens anders moesten gaan winkelen". Mijn partner probeerde een bestelling te plaatsen voor een verjaardagscadeau voor mij. Hij had problemen met het betalingsproces, specifiek met het invoeren van het factuuradres vanwege zijn verblijf in een ander land (Marokko). Hij belde en sprak met de klantendienst, en niet één, maar twee verschillende "klantenservice" agenten vertelden hem om "ERGENS ANDERS TE WINKEL". Wat voor klantendienst is dit? Uiteindelijk is het hem gelukt om online het factuuradres in te voeren en kort daarna ontving hij een e-mail waarin stond dat ze zijn bestelling niet zouden verwerken. Hij belde om met iemand te spreken en kreeg te horen dat "het hun beleid is", en dat hij niet voldeed aan hun inspectiestandaarden. Hij probeerde tevergeefs uit te leggen dat hij een cadeau naar zijn verloofde in de VS wilde sturen en de hele dag probeerde om iemand te vinden die hem kon helpen, maar kreeg telkens te horen ergens anders te gaan winkelen. Ik heb hem absoluut afgeraden om nog iets te kopen van een bedrijf als dit. Voor mij voelt het echt als racisme en discriminatie, en ik zou niemand aanraden om dit bedrijf te gebruiken. Ik zou graag willen dat iemand mij uitlegt, in welke wereld het OK is voor een klantendienstmedewerker om tegen iemand die wanhopig probeert een aankoop te doen te zeggen dat ze hen niet zullen helpen en elders moeten gaan. Ik hoop echt dat ze failliet gaan.

    Poor customer service!!!!

    I don’t know what is going on with this company, but tried ordering a pair of shoes, and they inactivated my account but still keeps sending me Shopbop emails. I tried contacting customer service and they sent me to a department, who won’t tell me what’s going on, and just simply said that I’m not able to purchase anything from them. Something is seriously wrong with this company. Upon reading other reviews, apparently other customers are going through the same issue. Never experienced an online site with such poor customer service.

    Aankoop van een kledingstuk

    Onlangs heb ik een kledingstuk gekocht bij ShopBop en jammer genoeg heb ik niet alles ontvangen wat ik had besteld. Toen ik contact opnam met de klantenservice, werd mijn claim afgewezen en vertelden ze me dat ik alleen een terugbetaling kon krijgen als ik de ontbrekende kledingstukken terugstuurde. Alles werd via e-mail afgehandeld en ik kon niet met iemand telefonisch spreken of de kwestie verder bespreken. Dit heeft me teleurgesteld in de service en ik denk erover om niet nog eens bij hen te kopen.

    Ordered items in December 2023. Returned all items from the order within days of getting them due to quality being subpar. Received confirmation from shopbop of my return and refund on 12/15/23...on 2/13/24...62 days later they claim one item wasn't returned and charged my card back for that item that was returned. Customer service has not been helpful other than shedding light on their IMO sketchy policy of how they handle returns- they refund you upon initial receipt but then it can take 30-60 days for your item to go to another warehouse for "final processing"...aka they can loose your items or not scan them, etc in an additional 30-60 days after they have been returned by the customer but then charge the customer back...cool cool. I will never shop with them again, terrible customer service and all of their product is available on other main street sites with better customer service
