    Radisson Hotel Heathrow

    This hotel was booked as a sleep over was to take away the rush and hassle of getting to the airport to catch a morning flight. Location was easy to navigate, with parking on site, there may be a charge to do this. Reception is very inviting and welcoming... it looked very impressive a brightly light and clean. There is a Heathrow bus that you can take to the airport, that goes to all Terminals, however this bus runs every 15 minutes depending, information of times can be obtain from Hotel. Otherwise, you can just request a cab, waiting time solved. Rooms - the room was nice, had all that you needed to be comfortable, good tea tray complete with tea and coffee. You can also control room temp, I was very comfortable during my stay, bed was very comfortable. it did have flat screen TV with good selection of station, remote was easy to work. Food & drinks - the food menu was impressive, I chose to have fish and chip, my God daughter chose a starter of prawns, followed by sea bass. The portion sizes were bigger than what they looked. Our service waitress was Pamala, from start to finish she was friendly, fast and efficient and most helpful. She made the wonderful dining experience fun Noteworthy details - when in the shower one thing that was impressive, when the mirror steamed up, there was a section that did not allowing you to still be able to use it after getting out the shower. I would highly recommend this hotel

    Some problems but guest relations & member services keen to resolve

    June 12th - A recent vacation at Radisson Blu was largely good, apart from a few things which should’ve been resolved had their governance been better, ie wrong beds, broken light fitting, inaccessible room safe. But a bigger problem occurred when registering with their rewards programme and I subsequently discovered an immensely frustrating process with their Customer support team. Once again poor governance. I had booked due to their rewards deal but their system anomaly on my computer resulted in Customer services repeatedly telling me to do the same thing over and over and over whilst they expected a different result - madness…The debacle turned me against the Radisson brand unfortunately. Update June 23rd. A final telephone call with their Membership rewards team and I got a very competent representative called Gian. He approached the problem in a very intelligent and methodical way and eventually after 48 minutes on the phone resolved the problem. He then went through a series of steps to prove all was working before he hung up - good governance! Also an email to & from Ms Bekking from Guest relations at the Radisson Blu was also very helpful indeed (thank you). But for the diligence of both these people I would’ve abandoned all future stays at Radisson. Together they turned my opinions to one of positivity for the Radisson brand.

    Verblijf in het hotel

    Als ervaren reiziger zocht ik naar een gezellig en gastvrij hotel voor mijn recente trip. Ik besloot om in dit hotel te verblijven vanwege de positieve reviews die ik had gelezen en ik ben blij dat ik die keuze heb gemaakt. Toen ik aankwam, werd ik vriendelijk begroet door het personeel en kon ik snel inchecken. De kamer was ruim en proper, met moderne voorzieningen die mijn verblijf heel aangenaam maakten. Het hotel bood ook heerlijke maaltijden en de vergaderfaciliteiten waren perfect voor mijn zakelijke afspraken. Kortom, ik was erg tevreden over mijn verblijf en zou dit hotel zeker aanraden aan anderen.

    Verblijf in een luxe hotel

    Mijn verblijf in het hotel was echt super. Vanaf het moment dat ik daar aankwam tot ik vertrok, voelde ik me echt in de watten gelegd. De kamer was lekker ruim en comfortabel, met een prachtig uitzicht en alle nodige voorzieningen. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en deed er alles aan om mijn verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het eten in het restaurant was lekker en de hele sfeer in het hotel was gewoon relaxed en gastvrij. Ik zou zeker in de toekomst terugkeren naar dit hotel.

    When you join Radisson Rewards, they cheat you out of points. You have to constantly monitor your points because they don't give them to you after your stay. Then, you have to email back and forth with them, giving them your dates of stay, membership number, and confirmation code, begging for your points. The last time this happened, they REFUSED to award my points. I removed the app from my phone and I will never stay at a Radisson again.     Radisson in Goa March 2024

    Radisson in Goa March 2024 The hotel in located close to Candolim beach but is a lovely oasis with staff that are really helpful and want your stay to be the best. I am a coeliac and the team, including the chef did all they could to accommodate my meal requests. I can honestly say they were fantastic. Thank you On a negative work is ongoing on renovation around them but again staff will help to address any concerns

    Det er altid dejligt at overnatte på…

    Det er altid dejligt at overnatte på Radisson. Jeg synes værelserne er rene, personalet er høfligt og meget imødekommende overfor mine ønsker som gæst - f.eks. brugte personalet engang 1,5 time på at få min strømforsyning til min arbejdspc til at fungere. Ligeledes har de gange hvor jeg har været på hotellet som gæst i forbindelse med kurser altid været en fornøjelse.

    Best possible place to stay in Amsterdam

    Stayed in Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center. Best possible place to stay in Amsterdam. About 400m from Tram-stop Spui, about 400m from Metro-stop Nieuwmarkt and about 800-900m from the Central Railway Station. The hotel has its own private parking garage, which is a very important service in a crowded city center. Enjoyed very well my weekend. Thank you.

    Great Hotel in Colonia del Sacramento Uruguay

    I used this Hotel chain in a Colonial town in Uruguay South America which is called Colonia del Sacramento. The hotel itself was very good with a beautiful view of the river "De La Plata" from Rooms, swimming pool and restaurant, The restaurant of this hotel which is called Carmen is very good!!

    Radisson is the worst hotel

    Radisson is the worst hotel and customer service experience I have had. The radisson Hotel and suites gdansk sold us a package with false advertising. We did not get the room or package we paid for. The manager agreed to a refund due to double booking our room for a formal. We received a fraction of a refund (a few pounds) when the hotel cost £250. This was insulting to get under £10 refund when a full refund was agreed. Have to go through the bank to get money back when dealing with the radisson. I wouldn't trust this company with your money. Make sure you see what you are paying for first.

    One of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at in my whole existence. Major improvements need to be made from the management side through to the room divisions team. I will be contacting Head office with a detailed report of my experience, and outlining the serious failures being made which urgently need to be implemented. London Gatwick

    Mijn verblijf in het hotel was echt teleurstellend. De kamer was helemaal niet proper, er zaten vlekken op het beddengoed en het tapijt leek niet gestofzuigd te zijn. Het personeel aan de receptie leek helemaal niet behulpzaam en leek niet echt geïnteresseerd om problemen op te lossen of goede service te bieden. De prijzen voor de kamer waren totaal niet in verhouding met de kwaliteit die we kregen. Al bij al was ik helemaal niet tevreden met mijn verblijf in dit hotel.

    No where near 4+ rating - Poor

    Radisson Jass, Khajuraho, India; Quite frankly the 4+ rating by Titan travel for this hotel is laughable. Fortunately we only had to stay for one night as part of our Wild India tour. The lobby itself was immaculate - Then we entered our room - disappointment does not begin to cover it. The room was small to say the least - The ceiling had a large bulge & crack in it., but the worst part was the bathroom - The standard of maintenance carried out must have been done by Bodgeit & Scarper - The worst tiling & grouting I have ever seen. How on Earth this was rated 4+ is ludicrous

    Country Inn and Suites by Radisson, Houston Intercontinental Airport East

    I booked and paid online and arrived at the hotel with my twin 12 year old girls. We arrived late as I requested after 10pm, we had just left a 75th birthday party nearby. When we walked into the lobby a large heavy set lady with scabs on her body and glasses? was on the phone. When she finally got off the phone we were told to come back because the system was down/updating I don’t remember exactly how she described it but she said she could not check us in for at least an hour or two!!! I was extremely upset and told her we would just drive back home an hour away….upon filing a complaint the hotel denied this ever happened and refused to refund me!!!!

    Double charged for restaurant visit

    We stayed with Radisson Red in London, Heathrow on the evening of 10th March, the whole experience was less than our expectations are for the Radisson brand. Focussing just on the restaurant, many of the dishes were not available to order and we were not told of this when seated and it was only when we placed our orders that we were informed that the particular offering was not available. When we left the restaurant we asked for the meal to be charged to our room and also showed the person our Radisson membership discount code. We then left to go to our room, after around 30 minutes when we were trying to relax a member of the Radisson restaurant team came to our door to take payment, and would not leave without payment. Once we paid, we then realised we had been overcharged. We went downstairs, and they apologised and said a mistake had been made and provided us with a voided receipt and charged us the correct amount. We were informed the transaction would be cancelled and refunded. After a week, no refund has been received , so we contacted radisson again and was assured that the refund would be with us. We are now over two weeks on, and still no refund. This is not the way I would have expected to have been treated by such a company, and I WILL NOT be using them in future.

    Skulle betale 400 nkr fordi jeg jeg faldt i søvn og så først tjekkede ud 12.30 istedet for kl 12. Brokkede mig så over det og det endte med at jeg blev bortvist fra hotellet. Det skete på sas Radisson hotel i Kristiansand. Har efterfølgende fået en mail om jeg ikke er velkommen der mere, men det er fint for sætter aldrig mine ben der igen. Vh Rasmus Øland

    I've been waiting on my order since…

    I've been waiting on my order since January and it's now March..they lied about first order and said it would be expedited..that was not true..they have yet to refund my money
