Enkele items besteld met €4,95 verzendkosten. Helaas vielen sommigen niet op maat (te klein of te groot). Enkele items van de totale bestelling dus ook weer retour moeten doen per post (geen fysieke winkel in de buurt). Echter wederom €4,95 retourkosten in rekening gebracht. Dit maakt dat ik niet meer snel online zal bestellen.

Elke maand spamtelefoontjes
Ruim 2 jaar geleden mijn abonnement stopgezet, vanwege de prutkwaliteit (nieuws)berichten van de Telegraaf. Sindsdien word ik regelmatig gebeld met een "prachtig mooi aanbod" of een "NOG goedkoper aanbod" etc... Ondanks duidelijk nee te zeggen, dat bel me niet register te doorlopen, EN het telefoonnummer te blokkeren... Ben die gasten zo onwijs beu. Als ik nee zeg, hoef je dat niet elke maand weer te checken met zo'n telemarketeer. Investeer eerst in goede journalistiek!

I loved the Lingoda Sprint experience
I loved the Lingoda Sprint experience. I was able to refresh my French in a short period of time. Since I planned the Sprint into a period where I was less busy than usual and have flexible working hours that I could interrupt for a class, it was not to difficult to plan the hours in a manner that I could fulfill the sprint rules and gain the cashback. Unfortunately if you choose the credits, you have only 1 and a half month to use them, so I couldn't do that because I had busier times coming up and that would have been to much. There were some teachers I didnt like, but I believe this is normal and with the Lingoda booking system it is easy to avoid them once you know who that is. I like the size of the classes and the amount of speaking exercise you get with Lingoda. I will most probably take new classes when I am less busy again.

If I could give Hulu a half star
If I could give Hulu a half star, I would. For the last month or so I have been having issues with Hulu live. The issue is I want to change channels so for example, let’s say I want to go from TBS to NBC the channel won’t change. I literally counted one day and it was over 15 times that I had to attempt to change the channel for the channel to actually change. then once the channel is changed, you will see the TV guide on top of the program that you are trying to watch with the green line in the middle so you can pause and play the show as you wish. I contacted Hulu about this, and, of course, the reasoning was, it’s your cable provider. So I contacted my cable provider, no, it’s Hulu. It’s Hulu! Because I have no other issues with any other devices that are with my cable provider such as my computer or my phone. It is incredibly aggravating and they charge way too much for me to have to change the channel at least 15 times for the program to turn on that I want to watch. I have been looking into other streaming services and I am half tempted to try Roku, all I have to say is to get it together because they’re streaming services are not worth the money that I pay.

November 2023 een bestelling geplaatst en betaald. 3.5 maanden later nog steeds niets ontvangen! Talloze mails gestuurd en medewerkers aan de lijn gehad. Telkens zeggen ze hetzelfde: we geven het door aan de desbetreffende dienst en mailen een orderbevestiging. Dit is nog steeds niet gebeurd. Het geld gewoon terugbetalen gaat ook niet. Op mijn e-mails in het Nederlands reageren ze in het Duits. Het is echt een crappy bedrijf met crappy klantenservice. Bestel hier zeker niet. Ze steken veel geld in hun marketing, maar hiervan zouden ze beter wat investeren in hun logistieke opvolging en klantendienst. Edit 25/03/2024 : na weer telefoons en mails, is mijn bestelling nog steeds niet aangekomen of uberhaupt verzonden..

Customer Service is not for the customer
Bought the Lago king bed from Arhaus. Once it arrived and we put our mattress on it, we noticed that the bed was bigger than the king sized mattress. There were 4 inches of plywood exposed. No normal amount of quilts and blankets would fill in that gap. I spoke to someone at concierge, who was actually really understanding about it. She said, "it shouldn't matter that you didn't buy a mattress from us. Our beds should fit all brands of mattresses." Asked me to send photos of the issue, so they could find a solution. I did, and never heard back. I then called back, got someone different, and because the 14-day return window was closing without any resolution, I asked for a return. They said I had to pay the 10% restocking fee, because it wasn't a fault of Arhaus' and it wasn't a product defect. Called back again to try to get someone to look into my case. Essentially, because I didn't buy a mattress from Arhaus, it's not their problem. FYI the Leesa mattress and Arhaus mattress is the exact same size. Not sure what Arhaus is thinking. By the look of these reviews of poor customer service experiences, they are losing more and more high-value customers. They're definitely not "for the customer." Anyway, don't buy their beds unless you know it will definitely fit your mattress.

The whole experience was fantastic. I ordered 2 dresses to pick one from and they arrived in 2 day. Both very beautiful and fantastic quality which surprised me with the price. After deciding on the i wanted to keep, I contacted the customer service team to arrange the return of the other one. The whole team from start to finish was amazing and very helpful. I also got the refund within a week of sending it back. Definitely recommend this site.

Bestelling liet enige tijd op zich wachten...langer dan aangegeven was...mailtje gestuurd, direct nette corectte mail terug ontvangen, meerdere opties werden er gegeven, Bestelling zou onderweg zijn, toch kosteloos nieuwe kunnen bestellen, binnen 3 dagen ontvangen en nog mooier dan gehoopt en verwacht! Goede service en boek is gaaf, mijn persoonlijke tekst, mooi en netjes erin verwerkt..meer dan blij met eindresultaat! Zeker aanrader!

Fijne service van de Efteling
We hadden een Pyjama set voor onze zoon gekocht en een keycord voor mijzeld. Al redelijk snel was de bovenkant van mijn keycord kapot, waardoor ik hem niet meer kon gebruiken. Niet lang daarna was de opdruk van het pyjamabroekje eraf gewassen, ondanks dat we de wasinstructies hadden gevolgd. Super jammer, want onze zoon was helemaal dol op zijn nieuwe pyjama. Toen maar besloten om een mail te sturen om te kijken of er nog garantie of iets op zat. Ik werd snel en vriendelijk geholpen door de klantenservice. Vandaag een nieuwe keycord ontvangen én een hele nieuwe pyjama set (niet alleen een broek)! Zo kan hij dus nog vaker zijn liefde voor de Efteling showen, maar nu inclusief broek. Helemaal blij!

Ik heb bijna 500 euro naar marokko gestuurd.dit is afgeschreven van mijn bankrekening en het geld zou klaar liggen. Mijn man wilde dit afhalen toen werd hem verteld dat het bedrag geblokkeerd stond. Vervolgens krijg ik daarna een email dat dit is afgehaald. Dit is dus niet het geval er is ook nergens voor getekend. Nu ben ik dus bijna 500 euro kwijt en worldremit is niet te bereiken. Ik wil mijn geld terug!

Plants delivered well, but their customer service is horrible. They have no 800 number, and took forever to get back to me. For the prices that they charge, I expect excellent customer service. I have been tempted to purchase from them again, but I will not, when I think of the poor customer service. I find the personality of the company to be impersonal, cold and greedy.

Ik heb de nieuwe Nike Air Max Safari White besteld op vrijdag 3 maart, vandaag (8 maart) de schoenen in huis ontvangen. Was een beetje zenuwachtig wegens de recensies hier maar deze bestelling is prima verlopen en alles is perfect geleverd.

Wij hebben al 1,5 jaar een inkt abonnement waar we maandelijks voor betalen en daarvoor zouden we nieuwe cartridges opgestuurd krijgen zodra de inkt op is.. nou de inkt is op maar nieuwe inkt krijgen we niet? Ik probeer het al drie weken via de helpdesk maar wordt gewoon genegeerd of krijg het standaard berichtje dat ik eerst een printer rapport status moet uitprinten .......

The scam thing happened to me too. I hit a premium hotel on my second day and my account went into a negative of £227 stupidly I paid this but then 5 reviews later I hit another premium and went into £727 negative. I’m glad I didn’t have this money to hand and quickly realised it was a scam. I contacted WISE and luckily I have managed to recover 50% of my funds, they are currently trying to recover the remainder. I also reported this to action fraud as WISE needed a copy of a police report.

Terrible first experience ordering with this company. It’s been 2 weeks, my credit card has been charged, and my order has not shipped. I got some boxed response about a logistics software issue which is not my problem, if you can’t ship it don’t charge for it! Customer service does not respond and the one time they did I got the same boxed response. What a scam, I will end up having the charges reversed on my credit card, over $400 CAD.

Ondertussen al een vijftal keer besteld bij Boozyshop. De levering is er de volgende dag al, producten zijn ingepakt in plastic wrap, steeds met een persoonlijk bedankkaartje bij. Bij het uitchecken kan je ook zelf een gratis sample kiezen indien je boven een bepaald bedrag shopt. De prijzen zijn regelmatig lager dan de concurrenten en je vindt hier merken die je elders niet vindt. Toen ik een technisch probleem had met hun website, hebben ze dit onmiddellijk bekeken en opgelost. Ze waren hierbij heel persoonlijk en vriendelijk (je praat met mensen en niet met chatbots). Ik kan deze webwinkel aanraden.

Order issue was remedied
I ordered 8 custom items back in mid November. It seemed that the items were shipped out in three groups. The last arriving on Christmas eve. One item never reached its destination and had to be re-made. It's January 10 and is just being readied for shipment. I originally contacted UncommonGoods about it the week of Christmas, but it fell through the cracks and I never heard back. I reached out again and it was immediately attended to. Unfortunately, this item requires a lot of lead time...so here we are two months later and hopefully the item will reach its destination soon. A bit late for the holidays, but considering the pandemic and the slowness of the USPS, I know this was an anomaly and everyone is doing their best. The other 7 items got to where they needed to in time. The recipient will enjoy it no matter when it's received.

Quality clothes but poor returns service
Beautiful quality clothes but poor returns service. I have now twice raised a request to return through my account and I’m still waiting for an email to confirm my return. I have tried emailing twice and entered messages in the chat facility without any response. This is so frustrating. Given that you have 14 days to return, I feel completely under pressure to post the returns back but am being stopped by the process. I will be thinking twice before ordering again.

I purchased NYX pore filler and it was horrendous. As soon as I squeezed the tube the filler squirted out in little bits all over the bathroom. This happened at each time I tried to use it. I took photos of it and wrote to NYX and got terrible email response asking what I want to happen. I said firstly refunding for the item that I travelled to collect from a boots store which cost me to travel for it. I got no apology whatsoever. After quite a few emails back and forth amd me demanding my refund they said they would return the cost. After about 3 weeks I emailed them again asking for my refund, eventually I got a cheque for the cost of the item. No apology whatsoever juts a cheque in an envelope with no apology. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with amd will no longer use any of the products .

Opgepast als je vanuit België iets moet…
Opgepast als je vanuit België iets moet terugsturen indien bepaalde stuks niet passen, ik moest €32 betalen hiervoor. Dit stond onduidelijk vermeld op de website. Terugsturen was ook redelijk verwarrend want er zat een retour label in de verpakking, maar ik mocht deze niet gebruiken: in plaats daarvan kreeg ik een mail zonder layout, in het Engels en Spaans (het zag eruit als scam) met de boodschap dat ik het naar een ander adres moest opsturen. Gelukkig is dit goed gekomen maar ik heb mijn hart vastgehouden. Klantenservice is geen aanrader: zeer algemene mails die je eigenlijk totaal niet verder helpen. Telefonisch contact was OK, in gebrekkig Engels. Vreemd, voor zo een grote internationale keten. Ik had een professionelere werking verwacht.

Over Asics kan ik niets slecht zeggen, ondanks dat mijn pakketje niet is aangekomen dankzij de slechte diensten van DPD, hebben ze me wel heel goed voort geholpen. Enkel hun klantendienst vanuit de UK was operatief, maar ondanks dat alles in het Engels verliep was dit geen probleem voor mij. De dag na ons telefonisch contact (24/10/2019) kreeg ik een mail dat ze mij mijn centjes gingen terug betalen, en na 2 werkdagen had ik het al ontvangen, samen met hun excuses voor het ongemak. (Ben mijn loopschoenen wel in de winkel van Asics gaan halen omdat ik het risico met DPD niet meer wilde nemen) Loop al jaren met hun schoenen en zou geen andere willen!

I have been ordering from teefury for years. These are custom printed shirts, so if you're expecting them to ship after 2-3 days, you're crazy. This is not Amazon Prime. The only issue I have ever had was one shirt didn't have a seam sewn correctly. I took a picture, sent a brief message and they responded quickly with sending me a new shirt, and let me keep the old one, which I was able to easily fix. Now granted, I did not order anything during the Tee-pocalypse that occurred with their shift in management/manufacturing/printing/whatever. I've ordered 2 t-shirts in the last couple months with absolutely no problem. Received them in less than 2 weeks. And just ordered another one today. Only issue was their sizing chart didn't quite match their actual sizes, so the first shirt was on the small side. I know a lot of people had issues during the last year, and all the orders that occurred then, and they are most likely SOL, but it seems they've finally gotten themselves back on track.

I was charged 14.99 when it was advertised a free trial. and I cancelled the subcription immediatley when i realized it wasn't what i wanted and they still charged my 99.99 a week later. I have contacted BBB. They have not refunded my money to me. They told me I needed to contact Google play store to get my refund for 99. which was not true. My bank statement clearly stated that AAPTIV INC charged me not Google. Never have I ever dealt with such a shady company as this.
