Bought for Business
Dit systeem is echt fantastisch! Het helpt me echt om tijd te besparen. Ik kan berichten instellen of acties uitvoeren op basis van wat ik nodig heb. Daardoor kan ik aan meerdere taken tegelijk werken terwijl de bot zijn werk goed doet. Het helpt me ook om informatie te organiseren en contact te leggen met de juiste persoon die ik zoek. Een perfecte prestatie voor mij en het is makkelijk om de handleiding te begrijpen. Bedankt om mijn kleine onderneming te helpen draaien als een geheel.

De chatbot software heeft veel handige functies waarmee we onze chatbot helemaal kunnen aanpassen, vooral op het gebied van automatische antwoorden. Wat ik het leukste vind aan deze software is de visuele flow builder. Daarnaast hebben ze ook veel sjablonen die we makkelijk kunnen hergebruiken.
Great product for automation
It has many features that allow us to build a chatbot exactly how we need, especially when it come to automation responses. A visual flow builder, this is the part that I like the most about this product. They also have many templates that we can reuse them easily.
Absolutely poor service
Absolutely poor service, cannot log in for 25 out of 30 days, zero customer support, shady pricing, it was mentioned as 19 pounds and then deducted 55 pounds
Cool idee, slechte uitvoering
Ik heb deze software gekocht omdat ik het een leuk concept vond, maar er zijn zoveel problemen mee! Telkens als ik iets aanpas, breekt er iets anders (op zichzelf). Als je een te ingewikkelde flow maakt, werken sommige delen gewoon niet meer (zonder waarschuwing tot je contact opneemt met de klantenservice). En over de klantenservice gesproken, ze zijn echt nutteloos! Ik ben al twee weken bezig met hun team over een probleem, maar nog steeds geen oplossing in zicht. Echt frustrerend en totaal niet behulpzaam.
A refund for my subscription
Gisteren heb ik een terugbetaling aangevraagd omdat ik niet tevreden was met mijn abonnement. En geloof het of niet, maar na amper 4 uur had ik mijn geld al terug op mijn rekening staan. Het ging echt supersnel en makkelijk, dus ik ben echt blij met de service!

Super cool chatbot
De chatbot lijkt echt cool enzo, maar serieus, het werkt voor geen meter. Ik heb al die tutorials zitten volgen, maar sommige van die basisdingen werken gewoon niet. Ik heb al contact proberen opnemen met hun klantenservice, maar nog geen antwoord gekregen. En dan kan ik nog niet eens met hen chatten, ahja (lol). Als ze mijn problemen kunnen oplossen, wil ik wel overwegen om mijn beoordeling aan te passen, hè.
Worst Ever
Worst ever. Very limited to do calculations (just the basic ones) When I tested the flow, it repeats messages. The flow should ask for three values to do a simple calculation, It asks for the first value and skips the rest, right to the last message. Useless. Support sucks, no answers whatsoever. What annoys me the most is the waste of my time trying to figure how this thing works on my own: impossible. Stay away for these ****.

Moeilijk te begrijpen
Verschrikkelijk. Echt zonde van mijn tijd. Blijf alsjeblieft weg van dat platform. Het is enorm verwarrend en helemaal niet makkelijk om te gebruiken. En dan heb ik het nog niet eens over de klantenservice, die is gewoonweg onbestaande.

Manychat billed me days after i cancelled my subscription :(((((((((( I am crying why would they do that! They have lost me really. They say the following but still charged me "Please keep in mind that the subscription won't cancel immediately. The status of your subscription will become "Pending cancelation", and the subscription will be canceled completely at the end of your billing period. Do not worry, you won't be charged for it again. If you changed your mind, you can get back to Pro during the "Pending Cancellation" status. To do this, just click the green "Return to PRO" button seen in the screenshot above. NOTE that you need to cancel your Pro subscription first if you want to permanently disable your bot. Hope this helps!"

Unresponsive Customer Support
Eight days we've been waiting for a response to a support ticket. Either grow your support team or pack your bags and go home. The unreliability of both the platform and support agents makes Manychat untenable as a solution for our business.
Chatbot tool
De chatbot tool is echt slecht, je kan er enkel basisberekeningen mee doen, blijft herhalen en verspilt tijd door het proberen te achterhalen. De support is een lachertje, geeft geen antwoorden en is onmogelijk te gebruiken.
Klantenservice probleem
Ik zou ze echt niet aanbevelen, weet je. Als het mogelijk was, zou ik ze helemaal geen sterren geven. Ze blijven maar geld van je kaart afschrijven zodra ze die informatie hebben, echt irritant. Ik probeer al een hele poos mijn abonnement op te zeggen, maar telkens als ik probeer in te loggen, zeggen ze dat ik geen account heb. En als klap op de vuurpijl hebben ze ook nog eens geen klantendienst. Als ik hen een e-mail stuur, sturen ze me gewoon een link naar hun "help" sectie, die eigenlijk helemaal niet nuttig is omdat je moet inloggen om iets te kunnen doen. Echt zielig, ik geef het een dikke 0 op 10, dus nee, ik zou ze zeker niet aanbevelen.
