Ich habe Skillshare über den Applestore…
Ich habe Skillshare über den Applestore , erstmal Monatlich abonniert ( 1 Monat ist es völlig Kostenlos), das ist viel Zeit zum Testen. Über den Applestore hat man auch eine genaue Ansicht darüber wann der betrag eingezogen wird. Man kann übrigens auch vorher den kündigungs Button anklicken. Das ist positiv zu vermerken, ich hab da keine böse Überraschung was die zahlform angeht. Ich habe vor Abschluss mir einige Kurse gespeichert, die gehe ich erstmal im schnell durchlauf durch, bis jetzt konnte ich da nichts schlimmes feststellen. Das einzige was etwas nervt, das man die Übersetzung lesen muss, man kommt da nicht genau mit, einige Wörter sind nicht passgenau. Man kann aber anhand der Darstellung einiges sehen. Die extrem negativen Bewertungen verstehe ich hier ehrlich gesagt nicht, mit dem Abo oder der jahresabrechnung ist es klar ersichtlich, apple sendet eine email wo auch nochmal alles drin steht, man bekommt auch eine erinnerungsmail. Von ersten Eindruck ist das ganze super.

I've been a member/student of Skillshare for almost 2 years now. Yhey are absolutely amazing! My subscription will expire again in July so I contact Skillshare to see if they could help me get the best price for a renewal and they provided me with a 50% OFF deal to renew my membership!!! I can't believe the feedback on this platform is not an Excellent 5.0!

De online cursussen die ik heb gekocht waren echt top en werden gegeven door experts in hun vakgebied. Er was zo'n diversiteit aan onderwerpen en cursussen, echt indrukwekkend. Daardoor kon ik verschillende interessante vaardigheden leren. Ik vond het ook fijn dat het platform interactief was en dat je feedback kon krijgen van medeleerlingen. Ik ben echt heel tevreden over mijn ervaring met het platform en zou het zeker aanraden aan iedereen die zijn kennis wil verbreden.

Ik was echt onder de indruk van hoe goed de videolessen waren op dat platform. Ze waren super informatief en werden gegeven door mensen die echt weten waarover ze spreken. Ik vond het geweldig dat je kon deelnemen aan projecten en feedback kon krijgen van andere mensen in de community. Ook het grote aanbod aan cursussen, van fotografie tot ondernemerschap, was echt indrukwekkend en gaf me de kans om nieuwe dingen te leren.
Predatory free trial hook. Then appalling refund policy
Appalling customer service and refund policy. My subscription recently renewed and I had no idea I even had an account. I obviously signed up for a trial and then forgot I'd done it. Despite me never using the service and contacting them within days of the renewal the refused to give me a refund. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole in future

Online leerplatform
Skillshare is echt geweldig, hè. Daar kan je online veel cursussen volgen over allerlei creatieve dingen en nog veel meer. Het is handig, want er zijn duizenden lessen van professionals en experts die je kan volgen. Zo kan ik mijn kennis en skills op allerlei gebieden verbeteren. Wat ik echt tof vind is het interactieve gedeelte van Skillshare, waarbij je projecten kan maken en feedback kan krijgen van andere mensen.
Online cursussen
Laat me je zeggen, ik was in het begin twijfelachtig over online leren, maar Skillshare heeft me echt positief verrast. De cursussen zijn gevarieerd, informatief en makkelijk te volgen. Ik heb al heel wat nieuwe vaardigheden opgedaan en ik kijk ernaar uit om nog meer te ontdekken. De gemeenschap is ook top, met mensen die feedback geven en elkaar aanmoedigen.

De lessen op deze website zijn echt geweldig! Ik heb al zoveel bijgeleerd over fotografie en grafisch ontwerp. De docenten zijn ook echt top en het is tof dat je projecten kan maken en feedback kan krijgen van de community. Soms is de kwaliteit van de video's wel wat minder, maar dat is dan ook het enige nadeel.

Ik vond het echt leuk om te zien dat er zoveel verschillende cursussen beschikbaar zijn op dit platform! De onderwerpen zijn zo interessant en de leraren lijken echt te weten waar ze het over hebben. Ik heb al veel nieuwe dingen geleerd en ik heb zeker plannen om in de toekomst nog meer cursussen te volgen.

Predatory Dark Patterns as a Company I've used Skillshare a few times in the past and never found enough of a use. I signed up as I'm currently a student and thought I'd make use. Skillshare charged again a year later without notifying me there was an upcoming renewal, silly of me to not put in my calendar, but when I raised a ticket for a refund I was told there are no refunds allowed for renewals, end of. I tried to highlight my account hadn't been touched since the payment, that it was even barely used the previous year, but there was no attempt. I've multiple service subscriptions and never encountered such poor customer service and such a "gotcha" of a refund policy. Lesson learnt, and I've learnt me lesson to never touch Skillshare ever again. The customer service operative was incredibly arrogant "as I've previously mentioned" to things which were never previously mentioned. I'm obviously never seeing that money again, so I implore people take re-evaluate their decision before using this service.
Use Coursera! Skillshare has unethical refund policies
I’ve had the same experience as other users here. They charged my account for a full year despite never using their service. They charged my account a day before the date they were to have done so without notice. When I asked to see the reminder they said they sent, they couldn’t provide me with it nor could they provide me the exact date and time it was sent despite it being part of their “form” denial of my request for a refund. An ethical company would provide a refund under these circumstances.

This company should be looked into! After I cancelled my service, they turned around and still charged me!! Use Coursera instead!
Bad company. Better learning material elsewhere.
They will take your money in secret for months and never give you a refund. Do not do their free trail. Get a new credit card after using it with them. Scammers. Do not trust this company. Go spend you money on something that will actually be worth it.

I want my refund for the premature payment you took for you annual subscription. My renewal day was set for May 5, 2024 and you charged my card on May 4,2024. Give back my money you thieves!!!

I cancelled my membership THREE months ago after not using their classes. I did NOT receive a cancellation confirmation. Today I was charged ANOTHER FULL YEAR of this awful AWFUL company!!! I contacted them within ONE minute of receiving this charge and they will not refund my $169.00. They are thieves and lack any kindness whatsoever. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!

I never understand companies that think it is worth taking people's money who took the time to trial what they want to offer the world, such as was my case. I then found it was not for me, have no intention of using their platform and yet they take your money regardless. Why I had to sign up to access the platform in itself is not common. I wish you luck for the future but I will be sure to warn people that after kindly writing to you and asking for a refund, explaining I had no intentions of using your platform, you refuse. Ethical businesses send you reminders that your trial is approaching the end and you may be charged if you do not take action? NOT, SKILLSHARE! People generally do not approve of such business antics, but then again ,I guess you do not care?

Not worth the money and sneaky way of luring you into membership. READ their refund policy. It’s horrible and you end up paying after trial run out! I tried contacting their support team, but they have no intention of helping. You just get automatic pre written emails. RESPOND: I cancelled membership via AppStore, sent a photo to Skillshare and ask for a refund. They agreed to return half the price. And came up with a lame excuse, that due to their policies they could not return the whole amount……. Again: absolute criminals. Don’t sign up. YouTube is for free.
