BN tell me to send ring back again for further 'inspection.' I wouldn't trust the quality of their jewelry. In future I will use a local jeweler or head to Hatton Garden.
  • BN 'experts' have decided this time the ring crack is now the customers fault, and their rings should not be worn for everyday use activities such as driving. Total con outfit..... AVOID
