What a terrible company!! Do a favour to people and just stop working! That way you won't continue wasting people's money and time.
For everyone who reads this, just do yourself a favour and go to Edpnet. Serious people (not like Orange) and whitin one day everything is solved. I wished I had someone who would tell me this before.
For the ones who are interested in my story:
I kept talking to employees for around 3 weeks trying to arrange my WiFi. First, they were not doing anything so I had to call several times to pressure them. Then they send me the sim card and the same day I call to activate it and they tell me it will be the next day. After 3 days calling multiple times, they decide to cancel my order. I call again and they make another quote, here I realise that these people were doing things that make no sense. They didn't have my bank account number, my ID or anything (because I started this process with aanbieders, another useless company that was giving me false hopes). This person I was talking to created a new request and finally gave me a contract, I was told to send all my ID documents to the orange identification email, which I did, I sent everything that the Belgian government gave me and more. The next day my contract was cancelled because clearly this ID people should be fired since either they have absolutely no idea what they are doing or they just don't care at all about doing their job.
The next day I call again, another employee makes another request and another contract (good to mention I was running out of time because this was Friday and the week after I had to work from home). The same day the request gets rejected again.
I call AGAIN, pissed already of course, and a woman tells me that I should just go to a store that they would help me there. So after 3 WEEKS of me wasting money and time by calling this people, someone has the decency to tell me how I can solve this (supposedly).
That same day I take an 1 hour bus to the Orange store in Maasmechelen, just to find out that there is a line of people because there is only 1 employee for the whole store (I seriously don't understand how Orange is getting away with such a bad service). I waited half an hour until it was finally my turn. This guy, Emre, he really tried to help me, he put everything in place, sent all the information needed and I finally got a confirmation. I was very happy with him and his help. But then, this ridiculous ID people cancelled my request again.
To summarise, I wasted 3 weeks waiting for this people, I expended ours trying to deal with them, I expended my money to call them, go to the store and of course, buy more data for my phone and nothing was solved, and I have two useless SIM cards from these people. I go to the Edpnet webpage, I chat for 15 minutes with an employee and the next day everything is approved and arranged.
Orange, you should be ashamed of yourselves and your terrible company
