Absolutely terrible service!! I don't even know where to begin. The service was terrible and the delivery was awful. If you buy something from this store, then buy it on the spot and walk out with it. Don't have it delivered. They have messed up our delivery three times and it is still not solved. You cannot get anywhere with customer service. You wait on hold for 20 minutes and the person that answers cannot solve anything. This has happened several times so it is not particular to one person. The delivery track and trace and phone call that they promise does not happen. No accurate indication when you will expect your delivery. Finally the delivery comes and they do not have the order complete and they can't do anything about it. And now we have to wait another week for the rest of our delivery because, according to customer service,"they are busy". So they mess up, they can't solve it, they are too busy to arrange anything. And I waited all day for the delivery because their track and trace is worthless and now I get to repeat this whole thing next week. If that even happens because as of now, I don't even know when or if they will come with the rest of my order. Remember, the person I spoke to at customer service doesn't know anything and can't solve anything so I will get an email eventually from someone else - when they are not too busy to get back to me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING TO BE DELIVERED FROM THIS COMPANY!
