Horrible customer service! They refuse to take a return of the wrong products delivered to my place. The online customer service told me to go to a branch to have them replaced, but the store manager came up with several excuses to not do so. Also very sad that neither the branch nor the online service make any suggestions or solutions to my issues. I am left with a broken mattress and 2 fitting sheets in the wrong size and didn't see a single cent back, despite my legally rightful claims. I will never buy there again and advice to make not the same mistake.
