I would not recommend Better Bed at all, We bought a bed from better bed in September which got delivered partially till February. While bringing the bed on the first floor their service guys damaged the stairs in my house. When I contacted better bed support they denied any liability and instead blamed us that we ourselves broke the stairs. The delivery guys song shamelessly. On top of that the quality of headboard which I expected was not delivered, the headboard was not neatly made and had a lot of wrinkles. I again went to customer care and asked them to replace it but never got any response. They just ignored me. I am actually very disappointed and angry. The excitement I had for new bed got replaced with bad experience and now I have a bed which I hate.
