Review over: Krefel
Beko Stove
We ordered a stove through Krefel last month. The website said its delivery time was 10-14 days working days. It's been a month and over 21 working days and the stove has not been delivered yet. Nobody from the company contacted us. When I contacted them they said it hasn't been delivered by the supplier yet and there's nothing they can do. Now they are promising it by the end of the month. In the meantime, we moved to a new house without a stove with two children, and we can't make food in the house... Last time I buy anything at Krefel.
