I got sick in Poland in July 2022. They opened a case and asked me to send all necessary documents. I did it immediately and even emailed them in august again with extra information. I have received no replied and no updates from them. In September, I tried their website and saw my case was not updated at all. I had to upload all documents again online. Now 3 weeks have past, still no news and no communication. The case is always in analysis. It's very hard to get the people who are in charge of the claims on telephone. The other staff that answer the call say they can't do anything. So, 0 service actually after you have paid your contract.
