Never shop with Light in the Box!
My story: I ordered a pair of shoes with Light in the Box. The shoes didn't fit me at all so I sent them back. I am a frequent online shopper so that shouldn't be a problem. Apparently it is a problem for this company.
First it costs me 65.5 euros to send them back; I was promised that this amount of money would be paid back. After having waited for more than a month I received only a part of my initial payment (144 euros) back. They informed me that I had used a coupon of 21 euros, which I did, but still the shoes cost me 144 euros. The company however subtracted the 21 euros from 144 euros. Also the shipping costs for sending the goods back was suddenly something I was responsible for. When I wanted to complain about this, I suddenly was not able to respond anymore via my account because there was no customer service available anymore for me.
My conclusion: never shop using Light in the Box. They are untrustworthy and theit customer service is a disaster.27 juni bestelling geplaatst voor 4 speciale batterijen...10 dag later nog niets!ik plaats hier geen bestelling meer

Alles-in-een-pakket
We hebben een Alles-in-een-pakket, Internet Bellen TV. Alles werkt eigenlijk goed genoeg, zeker voor de prijs.
Een keer bestelling geplaatst , nooit meer !!!! Het zijn dikke bedriegers !!!
