Customer for Motorbike insurance
I have been a customer for the last 3 years and the service I have had with the last accident that was inflicted to my vehicle is completely unacceptable:
1. My claim is still unresolved after 6+ months (0G01J5386402) and still no line of site. My vehicle is unusable and they don't seem to care at all. The whole process moves extremely slow between the insurance companies and the experts because no one cares.
2. Yuzzu has subcontracted my case to another company "Legal Village" and they are unable to give me any information about my case. I have to chase the other company myself. Of course "Legal Village" doesn't care about me either because I am not their customer.
3. I have tried to file a complaint over the phone and over email and they don't seem to care at all or engage with me.
The only time they are engaged with me and they follow up is when I need to pay my contract fees...
I know they are cheaper than competition but stay away. I regret being a customer.
