While we only used Scarlet for mobile phone, everything was fine. But one moment we decided to have everything in one hands and switched also our internet provider to Scarlet. Bad decision. After the first month I got an invoice of over 500 euro for mobile data for one of the phones.Taking into consideration that this phone is Only used at home, where we have wi-fi (from Scarlet as well) i called to customer support to ask how could this have happened. Well, I can say, that such thing as customer support doesnt exist for Scarlet. The manager was rude and arrogant not offering any solution, not trying to get into the problem, basicaly his only answer was: it s your problem, you have to pay. After I considered that it is not normal having wi-fi different provider for many years and no problems, and after switching to scarlet having such surprise the first month of use, perhaps something is wrong with the equiment (of scarlet), he totally ignored and just pushed his line.To keep the long story short, something finally was wrong with the equipment or connection, so the fault was totally of the company but never I got any excuse or compensation and nobody from there even bothered to show up and test it, despite my nureous asks.Horrible attitude, horrible quality, no respect for customers, with so many options on the market providers like this should not be existing at all.
Op dinsdag 06oltober zou een technieker van scarlet een wifi aansluiting in orde brengen in onze 2° verblijf in Beauvoorde bij Veurne. Op de vooravond stuurt sqcthuisbasis in Lichtervelde hebben wij eveneens scarlet. We zijn speciaal die dag naar Beauvoorde (38 km verwijderd van Lichtervelde) gereden om de technieker eventueel bij te staan. Het werd middag niemand gezien.
